Patrick Butler has been in real estate since 1986 and has a broad range of experience in multiple disciplines within the industry.
After a successful run at managing 3 Coldwell Banker offices in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties he switched gears and ran a highly successful business development division for the “100 office” Arvida Realty Services. This division included REO asset management, corporate relocation, and nationwide broker network services.
Patrick was a pioneer in the Employer Assisted Housing arena working with Employer Groups and Credit Unions to provide real estate benefits through these Vertical markets.
For the past 9 years Patrick served as corporate broker and Chief Operating Officer for a company specializing in the sale of properties in Bankruptcy nationwide. He and his team developed the gold standard in processes to efficiently fulfill these sales for Trustees, Banks and Homeowners directly.
Today, Patrick offers personalized coaching in the sale of Bankruptcy Properties and Employer Housing Solutions.
